Shipping and returns
Our ambition is to deliver the products as soon as possible, from 1-4 days, depending on where you live.
Today we only offer shipping to Norway, Sweden and EU-contries with euro as currency. Unfortunately, we don't offer shipping to Svalbard in Norway.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with your tracking number. All our deliveries contain a prepaid return label if you want to return the product.
30 Day Free Return
You have 30 days free return on all orders. The item(s) must be unused and returned undamaged in the original packaging. All labels must be as they were upon delivery, and any instruction manuals must be included. It is important that you use the original packaging.
How can I return products?
To submit products for return, you must log in. If you do not have an account, you can create one with the email address used for the purchase. Your order will be linked automatically.

When you have logged in please follow these steps:
1. Go to Order History, within the My Account menu
2. Select the order with the product(s) you would like to return
3. Click 'Return Products' and follow the instructions provided
What happens after the return is submitted?
- Pack the products to be returned into the original packaging, following the criteria for returned items.
- Stick the return shipping label, included with your order, on the outside of the packaging. Write your return ID on the marked field on the return shipping label.
- Take it to your nearest post office for dropoff. When delivering the package for return, make sure you receive and retain the receipt from the shipping provider.
What happens next?
A refund will be delivered when your returned products are checked and approved at our warehouse.
